Hi, I’m Shannon

In 2015, I hit rock bottom. I was battling cancer, undergoing intensive chemo, and had a painful kidney relocation as well. I was bed-bound for two years – heavier than ever at 130 kg, and doctors said I would never recover.

But I committed to myself. I refused to give up. I made a plan.

With years of dedication, I optimised my training and nutrition, lost 15 kg, got stronger than ever, and returned to my career as a roofer. But I knew there were so many people out there fighting their battles, too. People I could help.

Now, as a certified fitness coach, I help people get strong, feel amazing, and transform their life, no matter where they’re at. My approach is flexible, inclusive, and has helped hundreds of people worldwide achieve the body of their dreams.
